Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, live chat, or in person.
- Order processing: Assist customers with order placement, status updates, and returns or exchanges.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product/service offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain records: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
- Escalate issues: Transfer more complex cases to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Customer feedback: Collect feedback from customers to help improve processes and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
- Technical skills: Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal skills: Friendly, patient, and empathetic, with strong active listening skills.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
