  • Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product/service offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries.
  • Maintain records: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
  • Escalate issues: Transfer more complex cases to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Customer feedback: Collect feedback from customers to help improve processes and services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal skills: Friendly, patient, and empathetic, with strong active listening skills.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
