About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at SIMCOM International Inc, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. This role is perfect for individuals who possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Answer and redirect phone calls to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless communication.
Stay informed on all products offered by SIMCOM, providing expert knowledge to customers.
Provide administrative support to mid-level and senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain electronic records, archives, and corporate documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process purchase orders and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring efficient operations.
Schedule and prepare company meetings and internal events, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain Simulator Flight Logs and Simulator Reliability Reports, providing critical insights to management.
Enhance security measures by assigning access cards to incoming customers, ensuring a secure environment.
Contact customers on a weekly basis to confirm upcoming training events, ensuring timely communication.
Collect payment from clients for upcoming courses and post on financial systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Assist Instructors with travel coordination for offsite training events, ensuring smooth logistics.
Assist the Customer Relations department on an as-needed basis, providing additional support when required.

Requirements:

Experience in all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Exemplifies willingness to learn and develop knowledge for aviation.
Two plus years of experience in an office environment.
