We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
