Key Account Development Manager

About the Role:
Uline, a name millions of businesses across North America know and trust, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to build our growing San Diego market.
As "CEO" of your territory, you will identify growth opportunities within your markets, meet with existing customers on-site, and build strong relationships.
You will be part of a winning team, working closely with our Ontario sales team for camaraderie, training, and department meetings. Our comprehensive 4-week sales training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
- Spend Monday planning and scheduling, Tuesday-Friday conducting on-site visits
- Create effective solutions for customers using our 40,000 high-quality products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of previous sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and great driving record
