  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu development, and culinary best practices to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Pastry experience, a Culinary Degree, and/or accompanying professional managerial experience in the hotel and restaurant industries.
  • Thorough knowledge of all cooking aspects of Pastry operations and American regional cuisine.
  • Progressive track record with hotel, resort, and restaurant organizations.
  • Proven record of culinary accomplishments and recognition within the industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills, dynamic personality, and passion for operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and partnering skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a team environment, with a strong sense of commitment and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Long-term commitment to the Colonial Williamsburg Company, its management, and the culinary and Food and Beverage teams.
  • Ability to maintain a strong sense of accountability, listen to and respect opinions of others, and take action to improve the well-being of employees.
