About the Role:
  • Bake a variety of fresh breads and pastries daily, using only the highest-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, ensuring every item that leaves our kitchen meets our customers' expectations.
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed, ensuring our cafes are always clean and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
  • Step in and support your colleagues when needed, demonstrating our values of ownership and teamwork.
