Role Overview

The Managing Partner (MP) serves as the principal account leader for one or more Strategic Customers, responsible for overseeing the comprehensive engagement strategy. The MP is tasked with driving the adoption of innovative solutions, spearheading growth in software, cloud, and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Account Plan in collaboration with the Market Unit and the Virtual Account Team (VAT).
  2. Establish a multi-year roadmap with the customer focused on innovation and transformation.
  3. Implement a governance model that aligns strategic initiatives with customer objectives.

The MP will guide the client’s digital transformation journey, ensuring that SAP's offerings are aligned with their strategic goals.

Performance Metrics

The success of the MP is measured by the growth in new bookings for cloud software and services, retention of existing revenue, and improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Essential Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in Sales or Consulting within complex software or IT solutions.
  • At least 5 years of industry-specific expertise.
  • Proven experience in Large Account Management and leading account teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP's offerings, including services and support.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in business-level English and local language.
