About the Role

As a Director of Business Growth and Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop tactics and strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop tactics and strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Prospect and consult with C-level executives and management to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Support the development of proposals and business cases.
Job Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business development and growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years' experience in business development and growth, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • BA/BS in business or a related field, or extensive knowledge of business solutions.
  • Business development mentality with demonstrated success in sourcing leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Tenacious and results-driven with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in acquiring and applying industry expertise successfully in business development cycles.
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills.
