Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at John Charles Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling a wide range of automated products and storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Lead the sales process for a comprehensive product line of automation systems and racking solutions.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions tailored to client operational needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals that contribute to revenue growth and strategic goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position our client's offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, particularly in automation, material handling, or warehouse racking solutions.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and automation technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in complex sales environments.
