Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at John Charles Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling a wide range of automated products and storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce sectors.
- Lead the sales process for a comprehensive product line of automation systems and racking solutions.
- Build long-lasting relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions tailored to client operational needs and objectives.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals that contribute to revenue growth and strategic goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position our client's offerings.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in automation, material handling, or warehouse racking solutions.
- Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and automation technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in complex sales environments.
- Competitive base salary of $200,000 per year with a lucrative commission structure.
