Business Development Director

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive top-line revenue growth and expand our business model in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with Life Science Companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions, pilot programs, joint ventures, or partnerships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead business development meetings with prospective clients and turn their goals into viable business opportunities for the company.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and achieve budgeted revenue and gross margin goals for the business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of successful deal closure and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
