Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will oversee job postings, evaluate candidate applications, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to HR regulations, maintain employee records, conduct audits, manage payroll, and support training and development initiatives for all personnel. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of fundamental HR policies and US labor regulations, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and uphold a high standard of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee job board postings, employee recruitment, and onboarding documentation
  • Advise management and staff on HR policies and procedures to foster best practices and a positive workplace culture
  • Develop and implement training or development programs for employees across diverse roles
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate data management
  • Conduct audits of documents and information as necessary
  • Uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Manage payroll processing
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a human resources setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Google Suite and common HR management tools
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies and US labor laws
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
