Job Summary:

The Director, HR Operations and Shared Services will be responsible for leading the HR Operations and Shared Services team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective delivery of HR services to the organization. This role will require a strong understanding of HR operations, shared services, and HR systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR Operations and Shared Services team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective delivery of HR services to the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR operations and shared services strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise on HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR COEs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage HR budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR staff.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR staff to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of HR systems and technology.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations and shared services, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, shared services, and HR systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
