Job Title: Senior Network Contracting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Contracting Specialist to join our team at Curative HR LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract negotiations with large physician groups and ancillary providers, ensuring that contract terms and conditions address the coding structures most impacted by negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract negotiations with large physician groups and ancillary providers
  • Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including providers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage initiatives that improve total medical cost and quality
  • Prepare and analyze financial impact of high-spend or complex provider contracts
  • Assist in resolving elevated provider service complaints and negotiate with internal/external partners/customers to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7+ years of work experience beyond degree in provider contracting and/or health insurance
  • Superior problem-solving, decision-making, negotiating skills, contract language, and financial acumen
  • Experience with health plan or provider organizations, physician group, and ancillary provider contracting and negotiations
  • Ability to influence both sales and provider audiences through strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position with occasional travel (5-10%). The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with ancillary providers and large physician groups in Texas.
