Job Title: Director, HR Operations and Shared Services

At Diasorin, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, HR Operations and Shared Services to join our team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR operations and shared services strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR operations and shared services strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and support.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR systems, processes, and policies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees, managers, and leaders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive results.
  • Develop and maintain effective metrics and reporting to measure the success of HR operations and shared services.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations and shared services, with a proven track record of success in leading HR teams and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policies, with experience in implementing and maintaining HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform HR strategies and drive business results.
