Job Description

At Manufacturing Company, we are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Customer Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
    • Foster open communication and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Driving Revenue Growth and Retention:
    • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with customer needs.
    • Ensure customers derive maximum value from our products, leading to seamless renewals.
  • Resolving Client Issues and Concerns:
    • Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-notch service and incorporate client feedback into company decisions.
  • Developing Account Strategies:
    • Create tailored account management plans with specific goals, strategies, and tactics for each client.
    • Maintain a proactive approach to benefit both the team and clients.
  • Monitoring Account Performance:
    • Track relevant sales metrics and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure account plans are effective and achieving desired results.
  • Gathering Customer Feedback and Insights:
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand client preferences, pain points, and potential opportunities.
    • Use insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales account management or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • AS400 or SAP
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
