Sales Account Manager

At Manufacturing Company, we are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Customer Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Foster open communication and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Driving Revenue Growth and Retention:
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with customer needs.
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from our products, leading to seamless renewals.
- Resolving Client Issues and Concerns:
- Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-notch service and incorporate client feedback into company decisions.
- Developing Account Strategies:
- Create tailored account management plans with specific goals, strategies, and tactics for each client.
- Maintain a proactive approach to benefit both the team and clients.
- Monitoring Account Performance:
- Track relevant sales metrics and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure account plans are effective and achieving desired results.
- Gathering Customer Feedback and Insights:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand client preferences, pain points, and potential opportunities.
- Use insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales account management or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- AS400 or SAP
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
