Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Country Field Sales team at Technogym. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing a large portfolio of products and services, and driving new business opportunities. If you are a team player with strong relationship skills and an international approach, eager to invest your energy in building dreams, you have the right spirit to join our team.

Your Impact
  • Ensure that local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets are achieved.
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential.
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update the CRM.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends.
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual who is enthusiastic about working out and has a positive and proactive mindset. You should have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field, and at least 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role. You should also have excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills, solid experience with CRM software, and a result-driven approach. If you are a team player with strong relationship skills and an international approach, eager to invest your energy in building dreams, you have the right spirit to join our team.
