Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling guest requests and complaints
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be expected to:

  • Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and procedures
  • Be aware of all hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field (preferred)
  • A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • The ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic arithmetic functions and financial knowledge
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
