- Membership Management: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a positive and efficient experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer software and hardware.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
