About the Role

Best Choice Roofing of Central Arkansas is seeking a part-time office administrative assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Salary: $11 per hour, 20-25 hours per week, with potential for increased hours as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry into CRM and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Customer follow-up with project updates
  • Document management and uploading into CRM
  • Budget tracking and report generation
  • Invoice preparation and collections
  • Assistance with onboarding and hiring process
  • Communication with insurance companies
  • Maintenance of personnel files and documents

This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
