Triangle Insights Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the firm's overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms.
  • Qualify leads based on strategic fit and potential value to the firm, ensuring alignment with our consulting services.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through targeted outreach, including calls, emails, and industry events.
  • Schedule presentations to demonstrate the firm's expertise and value in addressing industry-specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address the unique needs and goals of clients.
  • Plan and coordinate the firm's attendance at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events relevant to our industry.
  • Develop strategies to maximize visibility and engagement at events, including organizing speaking opportunities, panel participation, and networking sessions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, pipeline status, and sales performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track and manage business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the life sciences consulting or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence executive leadership.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
