Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Optimal Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
