The Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to grow existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product and service recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
