Customer Success Associate

Job Description: We're seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team at TMI Los Angeles. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for working with our Marketing and Sales Managers to integrate campaigns with sales promotions, as well as engaging with customers directly to assist them with products and services.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service, customer-facing, sales, or similar based role, with excellent communication and presentation skills. They will also be able to multi-task, think strategically, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing and Sales Managers to integrate campaigns with sales promotions.
- Keep up-to-date on industry and competitive trends and regularly inform sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities.
- Process customer sales orders and customer requests to support their inquiries.
- Engage with customers direct to assist them on products and services they are eligible for in enrolling in.
- Maintain internal database for point of sale system and add new customers and locations.
- Contribute to the daily growth and development of our company by participating in daily team meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service, customer-facing, sales, or similar based role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Effectively strategic thinking and solution-oriented.
- Execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-confident and outgoing personality.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of multiple social media outlets to increase visibility of the organization.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
