Leave Specialist Job Description

Randstad is supporting a large healthcare company in their search for a skilled Leave Specialist to join their Human Resources team. If you're looking to expand your experience in the HR industry, consider applying today.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Leave of Absence requests correctly, timely, and legally compliant
  • Resolve client issues, concerns, and inquiries
  • Document all cases in the case management application
  • Evaluate and escalate client service issues to Lead, Supervisor, or Manager as necessary
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in an office and commute to Dublin, OH, 43017
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience
