Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wakefern Food Corp. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Directors and Department Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Directors and Department Managers, including calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Process invoices, legal documents, and interoffice mail, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and documentation systems, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement effective documentation and filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with flexibility to attend important meetings and events.
