Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement action plans to maximize occupancy, collections, and physical appearance while ensuring compliance.
- Execute comprehensive action plans tailored to the unique needs of each distressed site.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement beyond the scope of the project.
- Monitor and communicate project updates to team leads.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to improve distressed properties, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- In the absence of critical site staff, oversee day-to-day property operations while onsite, actively managing and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, engaging team members to contribute to the successful completion of each project.
- At least two to five years of experience in on-site property management.
- At least one year of Dominium experience.
- Accounting and administrative background helpful.
- Strong knowledge in tax credit.
- Expert customer service and demonstrated people skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to work and understand the problems and various needs of employees, prospects, vendors, and residents.
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and produce performance-based results.
