Job Title: Property Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview: The Property Maintenance Specialist is essential in upholding the aesthetic and functional quality of the properties managed by NEI Global Relocation. This role emphasizes the importance of cleanliness and organization while fostering a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular landscape upkeep, including debris removal, flower bed maintenance, and tree trimming.
  • Implementing snow management strategies, which involve clearing pathways and applying de-icing agents.
  • Preparing apartments for new occupants by performing necessary repairs and clearing out unwanted items.
  • Supporting various projects such as pool upkeep, minor carpentry work, and thorough facility cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Proven experience in property maintenance or similar roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Possession of EPA certification for refrigerant recovery and recharging is a plus.
