Requirements:

Knowledge:

* Thorough understanding of mortgage lending fundamentals and regulations
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products

Education and Experience:

* Minimum one year's experience in loan origination, mortgage brokerage, or a related field
* Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent or more than one year of experience in lieu of education

Physical Requirements:

* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times

Salary Description:

* $31.58 per hour
