We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Primary Residential Mortgage. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our branch office, loan officers, and marketing staff in increasing overall production for the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule committee meetings for the branch, including marketing, operations, pricing, and growth.
  • Work closely with loan officers and their referral partners to develop relationships with potential sources of business.
  • Identify and attend marketing events to increase the organization's presence.
  • Collaborate with recruiting staff to identify candidates and assist in recruiting efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and website content to help the marketing department.
Requirements
  • Marketing experience and basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Ability to multi-task, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and telephone protocol.
  • Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry and ability to type 50 wpm.
  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, and managing processes.
