About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Group Sales team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for selling and servicing new group sales accounts, generating new ideas to drive ticket sales, and performing basic office functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire leads
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, contributing to the success of our group ticket sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and target demographics to sell group tickets and programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable experiences for clients
  • Attend majority of home games to service clients in attendance and build strong relationships
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Group Sales
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
