About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Group Sales team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for selling and servicing new group sales accounts, generating new ideas to drive ticket sales, and performing basic office functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire leads
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Contribute to group ticket sales for Warriors basketball games and non-Warriors events at Chase Center
  • Maintain accurate records of all group ticket customers
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, both current and new
  • Attend majority of home games to service clients in attendance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
