Role Summary:
The Ticket Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving ticket sales for various athletic events. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in prospecting and setting appointments to discuss ticket offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Close sales on a range of ticket packages, including full seasons, partial plans, and group tickets.
- Conduct out-of-office sales meetings and events.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Meet and exceed sales activity metrics and performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on achieving collective success.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
