Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions to manage risk, comply with regulations, and maintain security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client business needs and provide solutions to manage risk, comply with regulations, and maintain security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors
  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the IT industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character
