We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in our expanding sales department while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process. You will engage with clients to understand their needs thoroughly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs thoroughly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their preferences.
  • Be the go-to expert on all vehicle features, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Personalize the vehicle delivery experience, ensuring clients are familiar with its operational features.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
