Job Summary:

Nature's Path is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Florida region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Publix and other Southeast conventional customers
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
  • Develop and manage trade spend budgets and strategies to optimize sales performance
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales metrics and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the conventional grocery trade
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline, such as business, sales, or marketing
  • Experience working with data analysis tools, such as SPINS, IRI, or Nielsen
  • Knowledge of current sales and business development concepts and practices
