General Manager

United States Electric Co is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our operations in Springfield, IL. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily operations of the assigned franchise location/s
  • Provide leadership and support for management team and frontline staff
  • Establish and maintain a culture of service excellence
  • Analyze business data to provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Meet or exceed goals for profitability, customer service, and brand standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in sales, operations, training, and data analytics with previous P&L responsibility is preferred
  • High level of organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning
  • Ability to utilize various software such as MS Office, cloud-based data storage, digital forms, and phone apps
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record, and ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate
