**About the Role**

Bombardier, a global leader in aviation, is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and delivering technical training programs for our aircraft maintenance technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and assessments to evaluate technician proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and new technologies to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate aviation, with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and technical training.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • A&P license and Bombardier corporate aviation product line experience are highly desirable.
