Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and refine systems/software engineering processes for improved efficiency.

  • Conduct software design, development, and verification tasks with precision.

  • Generate, review, and execute test scripts, analyzing the resulting data to support software verification activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to access restrictions on program information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software requirements and verification for complex aerospace systems.
  • Familiarity with aerospace certification standards, including DO178.
  • Proficiency in simulation, scripting, test automation, and documentation tools (e.g., Veristand/LabView, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, DOORS).
  • Experience with Agile Framework methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information.
  • Background in aerospace engineering.
