Position Overview

The primary responsibility is to safeguard the sales market for Acura and Honda vehicles while fostering Lifetime Owner Loyalty. This role involves delivering technical training to dealership service staff at the designated training center. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, vehicles, and facilities in accordance with Honda, state, and federal standards, policies, and regulations. As a training authority, you will assess the training needs of districts, dealers, and technicians, providing informed recommendations. Additionally, you will support and develop instructors and administrative staff under your supervision.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Automotive, Industrial, Education, or Business

  • Background as a Secondary or Post-Secondary Automotive Instructor
  • Experience as an Automotive Service Technician
  • Proficient in Computer Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong Presentation Skills
