Qualifications:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Essential Skills:

  • U.S. citizenship or eligibility for necessary export authorizations.
  • Proficiency in embedded computing systems and architectures.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Root Cause and Corrective Action processes.
  • Strategic planning and resource management experience.
  • Knowledge of Control System principles.
  • Experience with safety-critical development guidelines such as RTCA DO-178C.
  • Familiarity with development tools and programming languages relevant to embedded systems.
