We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Catalyst Solution Delivery Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Retail Catalyst team, you will play a critical role in delivering, implementing, and supporting our client-facing retail software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Delivery: Own client delivery, drive adoption, and ensure our clients realize value from our solutions.
- Technical Delivery: Lead and oversee complex deployments of platforms and software; configure apps to client's needs.
- Training and Support: Guide BCG case teams, client business users, and IT team to enable them to roll out, operate, monitor, and maintain the application.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with BCG X Delivery Retail Catalyst technical teams, application software vendors, and other resources to diagnose and resolve the application's technical and/or non-technical problems, bugs, performance, and other issues.
- Deep Expertise in Data and Analytics: Deep expertise in all things data and analytics: data sourcing, wrangling, troubleshooting, visualization, etc.
- Experience in Deploying Data/Software Applications: Experience in deploying data/software (B2B) applications, end-user support, or related activities.
- Knowledge of Retail Industry: Ideally experience in brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail organizations (e.g. merchandising, pricing, analytics, etc.).
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to adapt communication style to multiple stakeholders and cultures as part of a global team.
