We are seeking a recent college graduate to join our Learning and Development team as a Recent College Graduate (RCG). This role will provide exposure to all aspects of the development of learning programs at Lennar Homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Co-facilitate training sessions, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Provide administrative support during training sessions, including pre and post-training evaluations.
  • Monitor and track employee progress through training programs and provide necessary follow-up.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training initiatives by suggesting enhancements based on participant feedback and observed outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development.
  • Conduct research to support the development of innovative training solutions that address emerging business needs.
Requirements:
  • Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025.
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or similar degree.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate.
  • Experience in project planning and management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.

Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.

Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages.
