- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and analytics.
- Lead and mentor junior data scientists to develop their skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
