Future Builders Recent Graduate

We are seeking a Recent College Graduate to join our Learning and Development team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of training programs that support the growth and success of our associates.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design and development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Co-facilitate training sessions, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Provide administrative support during training sessions, including pre- and post-training evaluations.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
- Monitor and track employee progress through training programs and provide necessary follow-up.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training initiatives by suggesting enhancements based on participant feedback and observed outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development.
- Conduct research to support the development of innovative training solutions that address emerging business needs.
- Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025.
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or similar degree.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate.
- Experience in project planning and management.
- Experience compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
