About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Performance Pulse Associate. This role is responsible for conducting audits and service recovery, preparing performance recaps, and creating various reports based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and service recovery in line with current PPT SOP expectations, subject to adjustments based on business needs.
  • Prepare performance recaps for multiple areas, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports based on business needs, including research, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation and scoring practices.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss performance trends, updates, and action plans.
  • Handle incoming requests from leadership for research, data analysis, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate and support training classes.
  • Monitor and track metrics in diverse areas of business, including red flags and deal breakers.
  • Conduct appeal audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Assist in the upkeep of content and aiding in content creation, News and Alerts, and ongoing curriculum maintenance.
  • Support in action items needed involving trainer certification and vendor leadership training development.
Requirements
  • Good standing with metrics in your current position.
  • C1 Level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) based on industry standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a quality assurance role or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in member service.
  • Experience utilizing Customer Experience Platforms (CEP).
  • Self-starter who can stay motivated and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Axonify, 360 Learning, etc.
  • Experience with a Content Creation Platform such as Captivate, Articulate 360, etc.
