NOW HIRING A COACH:

Under the guidance of the Education Manager, the Coach is tasked with providing continuous coaching to staff, promoting effective teaching methodologies that lead to positive outcomes for children within a collaborative framework.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with child development principles, Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, Arkansas Child Care Licensing Standards, Arkansas Child Development Early Learning Standards, Creative Curriculum, and Standardized Screening and Assessment Tools.
  • Must obtain and maintain CLASS reliability certification.

General Requirements

  • Must possess a working telephone or mobile device.
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License and have immediate access to a legally insured vehicle.
  • Must be capable of operating an automobile, full-size pickup, and a van.
  • Must maintain current auto liability insurance.
