About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at JTI Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory objectives and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide sales support and training to retail partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the tobacco industry
  • Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data
