Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate purchase orders, oversee inventory levels, identify cost-effective suppliers, evaluate competing offers, and manage inventory levels.
  • Adjust inventory stock levels to align with current manufacturing requirements.
  • Conduct routine cycle count audits of the entire MRO inventory.
  • Ensure all items issued through the MRO meet quality standards.

  • Monitor and audit internal and external MRO transactions, ensuring accurate billing to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Perform field inspections of stocked products to confirm compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications for MRO Project Administrator:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance and/or manufacturing environments.
  • Technical knowledge to identify and source OEM equivalent parts.
  • Proficiency in computer systems; ability to retrieve information and navigate using MS Office suite and Maximo (PM Module).
  • Prior experience issuing purchase orders through a procurement system.
