About Our Client:
Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit organization experiencing increased recruitment activity and in need of additional administrative support. This role offers the potential for growth, with a possibility of converting into a permanent HR Coordinator position based on performance.
Job Description:
The HR Administrator will provide essential recruitment support, manage employee documentation, and assist with various HR projects. This is a hybrid role, starting with 3-4 days per week in the office, and transitioning to at least 2 days in the office after the initial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone screens using pre-built templates.
- Post job listings on the company website and LinkedIn.
- Support the TA Partner in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Schedule interviews and vet candidate resumes.
- Lead a file organization project, including archiving, labeling, and digitizing records.
- Utilize JazzHR for recruitment tracking and MS Office Suite for administrative tasks.
- 1+ year of corporate experience (internships count).
- Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred, or equivalent HR experience with a high school diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Start Date: October 21st
- Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5-hour workweek)
