Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Join the National Registry of EMTs team as a Customer Experience Representative, where you will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders. Your role will involve assisting current and potential certificants in navigating the website, submitting documents, and answering policy questions related to all phases of the certification process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the National Registry's certification process, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to address policy and process information to registrants, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Process emails, tickets, faxes, and documents accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate required.
  • Entry-level customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to type and proficient computer skills/software knowledge.
  • Entry-level experience with documentation of calls and actions taken.
Competencies:
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
